"Brian, Once again thank you for going above and beyond with everything you did to resolve our problem. I've attached a jpg, which I think you'll find rather satisfying, before we went to bed last night, the system had achieved this. We were beautifully toasty and warm downstairs with NO electric heater on (this had to be a first in Kate history!!) and upstairs was a lovely cool 69 degrees and no-one overheated all night.
